Phelps Benjamin is the Assistant to the Supervisor of Officials.

Phelps has been a Head Referee in the TUFL for the last 6 years.

He puts together some of the best crews in the TUFL.

His Crews have been selected to do the TUFL Championship 2022 and 2023.

He also put together other Top crews when needed in the DFW area.
